Conceding a goal in the first three minutes was the only hitch in Hungerford Town Footbal Club’s 2-1 victory against Hitchin.

The win, which puts the Crusaders up to 4th in the league, came courtesy of a double by Mark Draycott who is now close to his century of goals for the club.

And continuing the winning streak, Hungerford was victorious in a cup match against Slough Town, at home, which we also won by two goals to one.

The next league game is coming up on Saturday when Hungerford Town FC hits the road for Bideford for a 3.00 kick-off.
