From 15th-18th February, The Community of Hungerford Theatre Company will be performing the ever-popular Mack and Mabel at the John O'Gaunt School. The play centres around Mack, once a big shot director of comic silent films, returning to his old studio to reminisce now that times have changed and silent movies are a thing of the past. In his narration he tells the story of Mabel, a waitress who rose to stardom in his films, their tempestuous relationship and how he lost her. A really terrific piece of theatre for only £9 per person. For more information and tickets go to www.hungerfordtheatre.com/buy-tickets
