Fans of food with integrity who have been pleading with Eliane's to open in the evenings are finally getting their wish. Hungerford's most immaculately healthy (and most attractively staffed - where do they find so many good-looking people?) restaurant will be opening on Thursday evenings for a trial period from 10th November. Leading the new initiative is restaurateur Johnny Raducanu, who will be translating Elaine's clean-eating philosophy into a night time format with Middle-Eastern inspired flavours, warm dishes and sharing platters accompanied by organic and biodynamic wines.

Wherever possible, Eliane uses locally sourced and organic produce to create dshes of such exquisite flavour combinations that even the committed carnivores here at Townsite have been known to order up vegan lunches. Among the meals on offer in the evenings will be seabass with rasan broth, chicken koftas and vegetarian Thai curries as well as tear and share dishes with home-made breads. Also coming soon to Eliane is their new fresh-wrap counter where gluten-free, corn tortillas will be available.
