With a plentiful source of fish and game on their doorstep, the Ramsbury Smokehouse was established in 2014 to supply restaurants, pubs and consumers with consistently high quality smoked products. Part of the Ramsbury Estate and custodians of an ancient Wiltshire landscape, everything produced from the estate is the result of joined up thinking from farm to fork.

Ramsbury were a huge hit at last year's Food Festival and this year will be back by popular demand with samples of their acclaimed products. Deer, pheasant, partridge and pigeon from the estate provide the smokehouse with a wonderful, fresh and local source of game throughout the year.ramsbury main The river Kennet, a classic chalk stream, runs through the heart of their land, offering fantastic trout fishing which has inspired them to add this delicious local fish to their range. Ramsbury also has its own distillery and brewery where they produce traditional real ales, a single estate vodka, and cold pressed oils.

The Smokehouse and shop are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm or if you can't get there the online shop is fabulous.
