Hungerford Arts Festival in full swing

on 06 July 2018.

This year’s HADCAF (Hungerford and District Community Arts Festival) is in full swing and venues across Hungerford have been hosting an eclectic mix of comedy, theatre, opera and music as well as author talks, nature walks and exhibiting artists.

The festival which runs from the 29th of June until the 15th of July celebrates the tremendous amount of talent we have in our local area as well as showcasing our fantastic venues as we welcome top comedians, musicians and bands to our beautiful town.

Amongst the delights still to come are British folk duo Belshazzar’s Feast, who were runners up in the BBC Folk Awards Best Duo on Thursday 12th July at The Croft Hall. Find out more here.

You can expect to be captivated by the lesser known tale of Private Peaceful, based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo, the author of War Horse as The Community of Hungerford Youth Theatre presents its performance on Friday 13th July at The Royal British Legion. Find out more here.
