Any Questions?, broadcast live on Radio 4 every Friday after the 8pm News, is one of Britain’s best-loved radio programmes with a current audience of around 1.5 million. Its winning format is to travel throughout the UK at the invitation of local organisations and then invite the audience to submit questions to a panel of politicians and spokespeople who are put on the spot and made to account for their actions and defend their policies. No the people of Hungerford get their turn. Chaired by the highly-respected Jonathan Dimbleby, the event looks set to be a sell-out.
