About us

The Three Swans has been a coaching inn since the 17th Century and this year was the subject of a fabulous makeover from new owners, the appropriately named Coaching Inn Group, who scooped Best Accommodation and Best Employer at the 2017 Publican Awards. This traditional and historic building still maintains the original archway where horse drawn carriages would enter into the rear courtyard, but it has been re-imagined for the needs of the 21st Century with 25 well-appointed bedrooms and The Three Swans Eatery and Coffee House which is at the heart of the hotel. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the hotel and restaurant’s warm, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere has made it one of the best places to eat and meet in town.
