Happy, happy, happy for Mary Hare School

They may take antiques very seriously but the team at Great Grooms in Hungerford knows how to be happy – or is that just plain daft – when asked to play their part for charity.

To the tune of Pharrell William’s jingly hit ‘Happy’, the Great Grooms Antiques dancers performed their very own interpretation of the song for the cameras. And the result is three minutes or so of unabashed less than strictly come dancing and hap-hap-happy, toe-tapping terpsichore.

Follow this link to view the production in all it’s YouTube glory and if you think such uninhibited high-kicks and jinks are just the job then ‘justgiving’ is the place for you to make your donation in support of the fantastic Mary Hare School and Foundation which, from its Snelsmore Common location, does so much to secure the future of deaf children and young people. Alternatively you can text your donation to 70070 using GGAC99 followed by the amount in £.

Your library is about so much more than books
Judging from the amount of community activity going in Hungerford Library, the council are going to have a hard time justifying its closure in their next round of swingeing cuts.
